We help leadership teams align strategy, clarify decision rights, and build execution discipline so growth becomes repeatable
The next phase of growth requires clarity, alignment, and disciplined execution. Let’s explore how to move your organization forward with confidence.
As organizations grow, many leadership teams find themselves reacting instead of leading. Strategy exists, but execution breaks down. Priorities compete. Decisions slow. Accountability becomes unclear.
Common challenges include:
These are not talent problems.
They are leadership alignment and operating system problems.
We work alongside executive and senior leadership teams as a strategic advisory partner — not external consultants handing over slide decks.
Our work sits at the intersection of:
defining what matters most
ensuring work actually gets done
enabling the behaviors required to sustain performance
We help leaders design clarity, enable accountability, and embed execution discipline into the organization.
We assess strategy, execution systems, information flow, and leadership alignment to identify root causes — not symptoms.
We co-create practical operating models, decision frameworks, and execution rhythms tailored to the organization.
We work directly with leaders to embed clarity, accountability, and disciplined execution into daily operations.
We stay engaged to reinforce behaviors, support adoption, and translate intent into sustained performance.
Strategic clarity, leadership alignment, prioritization, and decision governance that support growth.
Role clarity, accountability systems, meeting cadence, and execution discipline that drive results.
Executive effectiveness, leadership team dynamics, and behavior alignment during change.

Brent Rasche founded The Point Advisors on a straightforward premise: most leadership teams already know what needs to change, they just need a partner who can help them get there. His background spans engineering, operations, and executive leadership, and he has spent his career working alongside leadership teams during the moments that matter most: scaling through complexity, realigning after growth, and building the operational discipline that turns strategy into results. His work is direct, practical, and grounded in what actually moves organizations forward.
Mike Goepfrich brings 25 years of hands-on operational leadership across manufacturing, food processing, and multi-site production environments. At MasterBrand Cabinets, where he spent more than 16 years, he held roles including General Manager of Operations across Illinois and North Carolina, Director of Manufacturing with a focus on Lean and Continuous Improvement, and ERP implementation lead. Earlier at Kimball International and Farbest Foods, he built deep expertise in Lean systems and enterprise-wide process improvement. Mike reads an operation carefully, finds what is actually broken, and builds improvement from there.
David McBride has spent more than 30 years in manufacturing finance, holding roles from Plant Controller to Global Manager of Business Planning for a $2 billion division. He has delivered full P&L accountability for operations generating up to $150M in annual revenue and has experience leading greenfield plant start-ups, ownership transitions, and a global ERP deployment as the sole finance representative on the rollout team. At SRG Global, he led a $12M productivity initiative by aligning financial metrics directly to operational priorities. David works best in environments where financial reporting has been reactive, where leadership lacks clear performance visibility, or where cost discipline and forward planning are needed to stabilize or grow the business.
Bob Ritz has 34 years of experience in operations, working across customer service, product engineering, manufacturing supervision, materials management, and quality systems. His career advanced to Quality Director level with multi-site responsibility across the U.S., Mexico, and Canada. He has solid working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen, pFMEA, Gemba, and Quality Systems development, with a specialization in building, training, auditing, and managing quality systems from the ground up. Bob connects quality metrics, communication structures, and team accountability into frameworks that hold together over time. He uses the A3 methodology as a core project management tool, producing results that are consistent, on time, and trackable.
Keith Taylor brings deep program and project management experience from Nissan, SRG Global, and Koch Industries, where he worked within their MBM/PBM leadership system. His global leadership background and experience running large manufacturing operations give him a practical ability to simplify complex processes and coach teams through real-world execution challenges. Keith leads work in PM fundamentals, job planning, estimating-to-field alignment, and practical workflow adoption, helping project managers and field supervisors build confidence and consistency on every project.

“The work you and your team are doing here is outstanding. We are receiving a great deal of positive feedback, and it is making a real difference in how our people are operating.”
“When we brought in The Point Advisors to design and implement a project management system across our operating companies, we saw a real shift in how our teams operate and execute. It brought structure to how we work, improved accountability at every level, and created momentum we hadn’t had before. The results have been visible and consistent.”
“What The Point Advisors brought was a level of operational depth we hadn’t found anywhere else. Every person on the team had real experience in the environments we were dealing with, and it showed in how quickly they understood our problems and what they recommended.”
“We had worked with larger consulting firms before and always felt like we were getting a junior team after the initial pitch. With The Point Advisors, the people we met during the engagement were the same people doing the work. That made a real difference in the quality of what we got.”
“The Point Advisors helped us get our leadership team aligned in a way that other engagements had tried and failed to do. They were direct, they didn’t waste our time, and they understood that our business couldn’t slow down while we were working through this. The engagement was designed around how we actually operate.”
“We brought them in for what we thought was a focused operational issue. What they helped us see was that the issue was a symptom of something broader in how we were structured and how decisions were getting made. Addressing the root cause changed the trajectory of the business.”
“The Point Advisors are straightforward to work with. They tell you what they see, they back it up, and they stay with you through execution. That combination is harder to find than it should be.”
