The Point Advisors

We help owners and leadership teams buy back their time, make better decisions, and keep important work moving forward.

Our work combines strategy, clarity, and fractional operations support in one relationship. We don’t hand over a framework and walk away. We do the work alongside you.

Everything we do is built around one goal: helping leadership teams create execution that survives growth.

Meet the Team Behind The Point Advisors

We’ve spent our careers leading operations, managing growth, solving complex problems, and helping teams perform under pressure.

Today, we bring that experience directly to owners and leadership teams who need practical support, clear thinking, and people who know how to get things done.

Brent Rasche

Founder & Advisory Coach

Brent Rasche founded The Point Advisors on a straightforward premise: most leadership teams already know what needs to change, they just need a partner who can help them get there. His background spans engineering, operations, and executive leadership, and he has spent his career working alongside leadership teams during the moments that matter most: scaling through complexity, realigning after growth, and building the operational discipline that turns strategy into results. His work is direct, practical, and grounded in what actually moves organizations forward.

Mike Goepfrich

Senior Transformation Manager, Lean Operations & Process Execution

Mike Goepfrich brings 25 years of hands-on operational leadership across manufacturing, food processing, and multi-site production environments. At MasterBrand Cabinets, where he spent more than 16 years, he held roles including General Manager of Operations across Illinois and North Carolina, Director of Manufacturing with a focus on Lean and Continuous Improvement, and ERP implementation lead. Earlier at Kimball International and Farbest Foods, he built deep expertise in Lean systems and enterprise-wide process improvement. Mike reads an operation carefully, finds what is actually broken, and builds improvement from there.

David McBride

Financial Executive, FP&A & Business Transformation

David McBride has spent more than 30 years in manufacturing finance, holding roles from Plant Controller to Global Manager of Business Planning for a $2 billion division. He has delivered full P&L accountability for operations generating up to $150M in annual revenue and has experience leading greenfield plant start-ups, ownership transitions, and a global ERP deployment as the sole finance representative on the rollout team. At SRG Global, he led a $12M productivity initiative by aligning financial metrics directly to operational priorities. David works best in environments where financial reporting has been reactive, where leadership lacks clear performance visibility, or where cost discipline and forward planning are needed to stabilize or grow the business.

Bob Ritz

Operations & Quality Leadership

Bob Ritz has 34 years of experience in operations, working across customer service, product engineering, manufacturing supervision, materials management, and quality systems. His career advanced to Quality Director level with multi-site responsibility across the U.S., Mexico, and Canada. He has solid working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen, pFMEA, Gemba, and Quality Systems development, with a specialization in building, training, auditing, and managing quality systems from the ground up. Bob connects quality metrics, communication structures, and team accountability into frameworks that hold together over time. He uses the A3 methodology as a core project management tool, producing results that are consistent, on time, and trackable.

Keith O. Taylor

Senior Project Manager & Coach

Keith Taylor brings deep program and project management experience from Nissan, SRG Global, and Koch Industries, where he worked within their MBM/PBM leadership system. His global leadership background and experience running large manufacturing operations give him a practical ability to simplify complex processes and coach teams through real-world execution challenges. Keith leads work in PM fundamentals, job planning, estimating-to-field alignment, and practical workflow adoption, helping project managers and field supervisors build confidence and consistency on every project.

Our Philosophy

Growth creates opportunity, but it also creates complexity. Without clarity, owners get pulled into everything and progress starts to slow down.

We believe:

When these elements work together, businesses gain momentum, leaders buy back their time, and growth becomes sustainable instead of chaotic.
